Hey Sisters and Brothers in Christ,

I hope you day was blessed. I had a good day on campus. Hira prayed with me to receive Jesus. Also David a Latino guy took the student edition of The Case for a Creator saying, “I’m kinda confused about religion at the moment. I want to believe there is a God. I might just stick with Roman Catholic that’s what I am.” I encouraged him to ask God for Faith since it was a gift. I also bumped into Justin again who I’ve been praying for since last year and who took Pocket Prayers from my last I saw him after he said he’d enjoyed The Case for a Creator. He is moving in faith no longer believing only in scientific materialism and I gave him two Rose Publications, “100 Prophecies Fulfilled by Jesus” and “Why Trust the Bible”. We talked about world events and faith for about 35 minutes today. His brother was at the concert in Las Vegas where nearly 60 were killed, but his brother escaped unharmed. He seems to be very interested in the Truth and brought to a conclusion through the Holy Spirit I hope this will lead to saving faith. So I will continue to pray for him. I told him I had been praying for him since we first spoke and he said he thought, “That’s what got me here.”

Hira was sitting at a counter high table overlooking the MAC lounge. A pretty girl with a tiny diamond in her right nostril, she looked like and was from India in heritage. But she had obviously grown up here from her conversational use. She had fair skin wavy hair, a black and white knit sweater on. She loved Castles and wanted to go to see them in Ireland. She’d sung in a lot of Cathedrals when she was in a Choir. I asked her why God should let her into Heaven and she said thinking at first, “Hmm that’s a great question. Because I’m a good person I guess. We all make mistakes but I’ve tried to learn from them.” Her family was interested in other religions and she seemed like she might have been raised religious as they as a family had visited Churches and Mosques but mentioned going to Temple first. She said they had about 3 Bibles at home. She thought she’d have a 70% chance of going to Heaven. She seemed to enjoy listening to the Gospel and said she would want to be forgiven for her sins when I finished. So I asked if she believed Jesus was God had died for her sins and rose from the dead. She said she did. So I said if she would want to trust in that God could live inside her and would forgive her by prayer and I talked her through the prayer in the booklet. I offered to her and she prayed to receive Jesus. I explained Christianity was living inside out asking for the Spirit to transform her. I gave her 20 Things God Can’t Do and wrote “By the Spirit in the Front” explaining that also giving her a Bible Study. I told her I would keep her in my prayers until a year from Spring. She had to head to class but I hope I’ll get to see her again and possibly give her more materials if I am the person God wants to use in that way. She thanked me and we both headed out.

So Thanks for your prayers for the ministry and for evangelism today if you had a chance, God blessed.

In Him,

Bob
